| Mid-January | Update from Witt/Kieffer; discussion of Workzone and candidate review process |
| February 13 | Search committee discusses candidate files and selects preferred candidates for preliminary interviews |
| February 23-26 | Search committee holds preliminary interviews with top candidates and selects a subset for referencing |
| February-March | Reference checks on preferred candidates |
| OPTIONAL | Search committee review references |
| Weeks of March 5 and March 12 | Final candidates interview on campus |
| Week of March 26 | Search committee meets to review campus feedback and references, make recommendation to President |
