Alumni Gifts

The generosity of alumni and others to SUNY New Paltz is especially appreciated. Alumni and others may make contributions to the Philosophy Fund through the SUNY New Paltz Foundation, Inc. Gifts to the Philosophy Fund will be used only for the support of the undergraduate program at New Paltz.

The Annual Fund appeal by the SUNY New Paltz Foundation offers an excellent opportunity to support your alma mater and its programs, but you may initiate a gift at any time through the Foundation website. To donate to the Philosophy Fund, simply write "Philosophy Fund" in the "Other" category as designated on the donation form for the Foundation.

Funds may also be donated to the Eleanor Kuykendall Endowment. Established by friends and colleagues in memory of Eleanor Kuykendall, Professor of Philosophy (1967 – 1993), this Endowment is to be used to fund lectures in philosophy, including lectures in Professor Kuykendall’s areas of scholarly interest: twentieth-century French philosophy, philosophy of language, and feminist theory. The first of the Kuykendall Lectures took place in March 2010.

Thank you for supporting the Philosophy Program at SUNY New Paltz.
