Enjoy a two-hour boat trip on the beautiful Hudson River aboard the Rip Van Winkle. Buses depart from Lot 28 at 1:00pm and return at 5:00pm. Cost is $25.00 per person including bus ride, $15.00 per person if you take your own car. Advance reservations required. Seating is limited. America's famed comedy troupe, The Second City, is coming to town with its one of a kind Laugh Out Loud Tour. From the company that launched the careers of Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, Steve Carell, Gilda Radner, Bill Murray, Mike Myers and more, comes the next generation of the comedy world's best and brightest in an evening of hilarious sketch comedy and Second City's trademark improvisation. The Second City celebrates over 50 years of cutting edge satiric revues and continues to deliver the leading voices in comedy while touring the globe. With scripted and improvisational elements, audiences always enjoy being part of the show and playing along with the next generation of comic legends. Opening Act – Absolute A cappella Our opening act is Absolute A cappella, a popular New Paltz student organization that is a singing troupe comprised of female and male members performing without accompaniment. Students, parents and family members will have the special treat of getting a taste of what student clubs at New Paltz have to offer!
Tickets for the Night of Comedy are $5 for New Paltz students; $10 per person General Admission.

Outdoor Sculpture: Modern Art & the Romantic Landscape
This year's exhibit features outdoor contemporary sculptures by a talented group of emerging Hudson Valley artists. Participants include Emil Alzamora, Andy Fennell, Sarah Haviland, Malcolm D. MacDougall III, Arnaldo Ugarte, and Craig Usher. The first exhibition of its kind at Wilderstein, these sculptures juxtapose with the site's romantic landscape and Queen Anne mansion creating a truly unforgettable experience.

Wilderstein was the home of Margaret (Daisy) Suckley, a cousin and confidante of Franklin Roosevelt. The landscape, designed by Calvert Vaux, boasts walking paths with breathtaking views of the Hudson River. The estate's mansion has had extensive restoration work completed on the exterior and remarkable interiors originally installed in 1888. Interiors and windows by J.B. Tiffany. Walking trails and views of the Hudson River. Home tours from noon-3:30pm are $10 adults, $9 students & seniors, children under 12 free. (9:00am-7:00pm)

Beacon Flea Market
Beacon Flea Market is in a large, paved City parking lot just off Main Street right in the center of Beacon. Vendors of antique, vintage, architectural, quirky and unusual items will sell alongside those with yard sale items. Grab a coffee and a bite on Main Street and come and dig for your treasure at Beacon Flea Market! Between Henry and South Chestnut Street. (Sunday only)

Vanderbilt Landscape and Garden Tours
Enjoy free ground tours offered by the National Park Service and their partner, the Frederick W. Vanderbilt Garden Association. The mansion was the spring & fall home of Frederick and Louise Vanderbilt; he was the grandson of the Commodore. In addition to formal Italian gardens and extensive Hudson River-view grounds, the Overlook has an exceptional view of the river and Catskill Mountains on the west side. Park in the Vanderbilt Mansion visitor parking lot and follow the gravel path on the south side of the mansion.
