- One staff meeting a month (time TBA)
- First week of September - phone calls to students and pizza party
- End of September – follow- up call to students (birthday card when applicable)
- October 4th – Parent’s Weekend (8am – 10pm)
- Oct/Nov-Host an academic advising workshop to help students register for Spring 2009 classes
- November - Admissions Open House (7am – 3pm, Saturday TBA)
- November/December – preregistration phone call and holiday card
- January – International Orientation
- February – OL General Interest Meetings/ serve on panel
- March – follow-up with students
- April- Admissions Accepted Students Day (9am – 3pm, Saturday TBA)/Career Workshop
- May – Semester Wrap-up/Party
