Getting Your Packet
An SEI packet for each course and section will be produced
Based on information in the records and registration system we will produce
a packet for each course and section as it is recorded in the system.
Liberal Arts and Sciences the Deans Office
Education - the mail room in Old Main
Science and Engineering - the Dean's office
Business - the Dean's office
Fine and Performing Arts - the Dean's office
Packets will be in crates/boxes, organized alphabetically by faculty last name. They will be in a secure location (minimizing the accessibility to students for example).
Verifying your packet at pick-up
It is important that ANY questions you have at the time you pick up the packet that you contact Tracy Daniels, Continuing & Professional Education directly, at ext. 2902.
It is critical that you verify the accuracy of the information on the front of the packet by using the mini-checklist on the envelope.
Sign the front of the envelope (similar to the signature formerly on the request form).
In the folder located near the SEI bin there is a sign out sheet. Locate your name and course information and sign that you have picked up your packet.
Pencils will be available for pick-up at the same location.
To ensure anonymity, independent study course and those with enrollment of less than three will not be processed.
