SEI Administration Process: Summer Semesters
For Summer 2009 we will be piloting an online version of the SEI's through http://my.newpaltz.edu.
Summer 2009 Administration Dates:
| Summer 1 | June 15 - June29 |
| Full Summer online courses | June 30 - July 14 |
| Summer 2 courses that end July 17 or earlier | July 6 - July 17 |
| Full Summer seated (traditional) courses | July 15 - July 28 |
| Part of Term 3 (Ed Admin courses) | July 19 - August 2 |
| Summer 2 courses that end after July 17 | July 27 - August 7 |
| Part of Term 4 (Ed Admin courses) | August 3 - August 7 |
Instructions for Students to take the SEI:
- login to http://my.newpaltz.edu
- select the Student Services tab
- In the Student Instruction box, under Registration, click on Student Evaluation of Instruction
Instructions for faculty to view reports:
The report for a course will be available after an instructor has submitted all grades for that course and the part-of-term has ended
- login to http://my.newpaltz.edu
- select the Faculty/Staff Services tab
- in the Faculty Services box, click on Online Student Evaluation of Instructor (SEI)
Note: any reference to packets and paper reports in the instructions below is for the traditional paper administration of the SEI's.
