Associations for Institutional Research (AIR)
Association for Institutional Research (AIR) is a professional association of more than 3,100 institutional researchers, planners, and decision-makers from higher education institutions around the world.

The Association for Institutional Research and Planning Officers (AIRPO)
AIRPO seeks to foster supportive collegial relationships and cooperation among persons engaged in activities related to institutional research, policy analysis, planning, and information-based higher education management in New York State by providing a forum for information exchange and professional development.

Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE)
The Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) is headquartered at the University of Missouri-Columbia. ASHE is a scholarly society with about 1,580 members dedicated to higher education as a field of study.

The Division of Science Resources Statistics (SRC)
The Division of Science Resources Statistics (SRS) provides a central clearinghouse for the collection, interpretation, and analysis of data on scientific and engineering resources, and to provide a source of information for policy formulation by other agencies of the Federal Government.

Educational Resources Information Center (ERIC)
ERIC is a national information system funded by the U.S. Department of Education's Institute of Education Sciences to provide access to education literature and resources.

Middle States Commission in Higher Education
The Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools is a voluntary, non-governmental, nonprofit, peer administered organization of diverse educational institutions in the Middle Atlantic States region of the United States, American territories in the Caribbean, and American and International educational institutions in Europe, Africa and the Mideast.

National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES)
NCES is the primary federal entity for collecting and analyzing data that are related to education in the United States and other nations.  Both the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS)  and National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES) can be found here.

National Center for Post-secondary Improvement (NCPI)
The National Center for Post-secondary Improvement aims to provide its various constituent groups--policymakers, employers, faculty, students, parents, and administrators--with analysis, recommendations, and conceptual tools that will enable them to adapt to, and even thrive in, this environment. NCPI's research, dissemination, and outreach efforts are creating a national forum for examining and improving teaching, learning, and reorganization efforts across a wide range of post-secondary settings--from community colleges to research universities.

National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education
The National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education promotes public policies that enhance Americans' opportunities to pursue and achieve high-quality education and training beyond high school.

North East Association for Institutional Research (NEAIR)
NEAIR is a regional organization affiliated with the Association for Institutional Research that promotes the development and use of institutional research in higher education and provides information and professional development opportunities to members.
