Directions for Secretaries

  1. Log into my.newpaltz.edu

2. Click on Faculty/Staff Services Tab

3. Click on Department Directories & Office Hours under My Resources

4. Choose a department in which you wish you edit a profile from the drop down menu. After a department is selected, click on Manage Profiles.

5. Click on Edit Profile for whichever staff member’s profile you wish to edit

6. Fill in all of the blank boxes with appropriate information about that staff member.

7. Once you have filled out all of the blanks with information, click on the Edit Profile box on the bottom of the screen. This will take you back to the list of faculty.

8. To leave the list of faculty for a certain department, click Home and it will take you back to the dropdown list of departments.

3. Click on Faculty Service under Resources then click on Manage Profile & Office Hours
    under More Faculty Services
