In the "upload file box" that appears after you press the browse button, make sure you select under Files of Type "all files" and then locate the area on your hard drive or floppy disk where the image is located.

If you have only hard copies of photographs you would like to submit, please mail them to Eric Gullickson (Public Affairs) in HAB 411, along with a printed copy of your confirmation page which will be provided to you electronically after you have submitted this form.
