Assessment is the word

An Administrative Assessment Support Committee (AASC) has convened to help administrative departments develop a viable assessment plan. Under the guidance of Kelli Parmley (Institutional Research), the short-term committee hopes to promote a process of continuous improvement, positive campus climate through increased communication and one that is supportive of assessment. Acting as liaisons to administrative and academic support departments, AASC members will function to help educate and mentor colleagues in a non-evaluative, continuous improvement environment over the next year-and-a-half. The committee will confirm that all departments have a viable assessment plan.
