Nursing M.S. Is Focus Of Open House

NEW PALTZ -- The State University of New York at New Paltz will hold an Open House on Friday, May 8 at the Adirondack Community College Extension Site in Wilton. The Open House will take place between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. at the site which is just off Route 9, five minutes outside of Saratoga.
SUNY New Paltz will continue to offer, for a second year, a part-time master of science degree in nursing. Beginning in the fall of 1998, the program will enroll its second group of students and offer two courses each semester.
The academic and clinical instruction will prepare students to be clinical nurse specialists in the practice of gerontological or family nursing. The 36- credit graduate program is designed for students who have a bachelor's degree in nursing.
