College to host police training

NEW PALTZ - The State University of New York at New Paltz Police Department will be hosting a police training session on June 7. Between the hours of 1:30 - 4:00 p.m., there will be approximately 12-15 controlled detonations on the far end of the south side of the campus. Some of these controlled detonations will likely be audible in the immediate area.
All proper safety precautions have been put into place and there is absolutely no danger to persons or property.
