NEW PALTZ–President Donald P. Christian issued the following statement about the NYSUNY 2020 bill:
“By signing the NYSUNY 2020 bill, Governor Cuomo has created a more rational and predictable environment for SUNY students and their families to plan their educational expenses. This historic bill will allow New Paltz to provide courses and other learning opportunities so that our students continue to have access to a high-quality education and degree. We also will be able to increase aid to students with the greatest financial need. I am grateful for the Governor’s leadership in launching a new era for public higher education in New York.”
