Membership in the Mid-Hudson School Study Council is open to those public schools and schools of higher education within the state university system in the mid-Hudson area which accept the purposes of this organization, agree to participate in its various plans and activities, and pay the annual fee set in accordance with the constitution and bylaws of the organization.
School district research fees are set at the Annual Meeting of the Study Council and are based on a district's student population. Invoices are mailed to each district in the spring, and the annual fee is payable during the first quarter of the school year.
Associate Affiliation is available to related educational organizations and associations which deal with youth.
