Graduate Admissions
The Metal Program offers both Master of Arts and Master of Fine Arts degrees, which generally take one or two years to complete, respectively. Applicants plan to participate in the program as full-time students. Applicants present portfolios, transcripts, statements of intent, and letters of recommendation. Many come to campus for interviews, and they visit with current students to get a fuller sense of the graduate experience.
Please refer to the Program Overview or Curriculum page for more information about the nature of the Graduate Program in Metal. To learn more about specific requirements for application and admission please visit The Graduate School's Web site.
