Admissions

Undergraduate students interested in pursuing the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Metal must present a portfolio for admittance to the program. Placement within the program is determined by transcript and by level of accomplishment as evident in the portfolio. In general, the Metal portion of the overall plan of study takes two years to complete

Graduate study in Metal at SUNY New Paltz is a self-directed course of inquiry and action that cultivates responsibility, self-reliance, and confidence.
