WELCOME TO THE FALL 2012 SEMESTER !

The first day of the Fall 2012 semester is Monday, August 27. Students interested in becoming a mathematics major or minor are encouraged to see Lisa Lupini in the Department of Mathematics, Faculty Office Building (FOB) E-2.
All students, regardless of major, are welcome to join the SIAM or AWM Student Chapters. Both the SIAM (Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics) Student Chapter and the AWM (Association for Women in Mathematics) Student Chapter are organizations that promote and support students in mathematics, engineering and the sciences. Chapter activities include social gatherings, lecture series, and campus-wide tutorials. Please contact Dr. Cartwright or Dr. Dominici for more information.
