Hours of Operation
The Mail Services Department is openfrom 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The package pick-up window is open from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
Services that are available
We offer tabbing, labeling, barcoding, sealing of envelopes, overnight mailing (for departmental use only), and customized discounted bulk mail service for large mailings (200 pieces or more (or 50 pounds) of identical pieces of mail).

* Airborne Express is the preferred overnight carrier for SUNY New Paltz and will be used by Mail Services when possible. There is a contract in place that allows for substantial savings over other overnight carriers.
