November 5: H.P. Lovecraft Forum

The SUNY New Paltz English Department will host the 22nd Annual Lovecraft Forum at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 5, in Room 1010 of the Jacobson Faculty Tower at SUNY New Paltz.

Scholars and fans will celebrate the works of H.P. Lovecraft, a famous American author of horror fiction whose writing inspired the film “Psycho,” as well as well-known author Stephen King.

Judy Johnson, a professor at SUNY Albany, John Langan, Jed Mayer and Bob Waugh will be featured readers at the forum, which is open to students, staff, faculty and members of the community.

A question and answer session will take place after the presentations. Refreshments will be provided.
