The Cemanahuac Educational Community in Cuernavaca has a strong commitment to intensive Spanish language study through a varied program of intercultural and interdisciplinary educational experiences. As a result, the educational community offers supplementary seminars in Latin American history, art, and culture.
Headquartered in a large villa in the Las Palmas section of Cuernavaca, a 90 minute drive from Mexico City. The villa houses classrooms, an extensive Spanish & English library, a video viewing room, gardens, and a swimming pool. Intensive Spanish ($240 per week)
- 2 weeks and up (four weeks recommended)

- 25 hours per week; 5 hours per day, Monday- Friday

- $225.00 examination fee to receive credit for each two week session. Only undergraduate credit available, not available retroactively.

- Choose between a carefully selected host family or hotel.
- Home stays include three meals per day and your choice of single ($31 per night) or double ($22 per night)
- Shuttle bus service leaves Mexico City airport for Cuernavaca every 90 minutes.

Enrollment and Payment Policy

- A non-refundable application fee ($45.00) and a non- refundable 25% deposit is payable to:
Language Immersion Institute - $225.00 examination fee per 3 credits, if applicable.
25% will be deducted from your total charges to Cemanahuac. The balance of payment is due to Cemanahuac by personal check, cashier's check, credit card, or cash. Personal or traveler's checks are preferred.
