  • TWO options:

  • Excursions are included in the costs listed below (deduct $90 per week if you are not interested in the excursions).

Class Size: Average class size of 4 students, maximum of 6.

College Credit: Students can earn 3 undergraduate college credits for each two-week session upon successful completion of the course and examination.

Accommodations and Local Travel

  • Choose between a carefully selected host family or the hotel of your choice.
  • Homestay includes private room, breakfast, dinner and laundry service
  • Taxi service from the airport can bring you to your San Jose destination.

Start Dates
  • Beginners can start the first Monday of every month , all others may start the first second or third Monday of every month
  • The Institute is closed between Christmas and New Years. Please refer to the Forester website for additional holidays and closings.
  • Homestays begin the Sunday prior to class on Monday, and end the Saturday after class ends.

Books and Materials
  • Prices include books and handouts.
  • Registration should be made one month prior to the course begin date.

A $55 registration fee and $375 college credit fee (if applicable) is made to Language Immersion Institute. A non-refundable 15% deposit will be deducted from your total charges to Forester. The balance of payment is due on the first day of class by visa traveler's check, cashier's check, bank transfer drawn against a U.S bank, or cash.
