The organization’s efforts provides the campus with the Caribbean experience, which is shared through food, dance performances, linguistics, educational programs on societal and political atmospheres and much more. Students are also able to understand the diversity that can be found throughout this tropical area as well as the many similarities that each island shares. Through this diversity, the organization also doubles as a source of cultural representation on campus where students are able to mingle with those who share a common background and make their college experience a more inclusive one.
