To begin, press (and hold for a moment) the button marked DISPLAY POWER on the Extron Control Box.  This will turn on the ceiling-mounted LCD projector and will also automatically lower the electric screen.  Let the projector warm up.  The image will reach maximum brightness in about one minute.

Choose what you would like to project.  Press the desired button on the Extron Control Box.  Your choices are VCR, DVD, PC, or laptop.  Your choice will be projected on the large screen.

If you are using your own laptop, connect it to the ports on the Extron Control Box, using a male to male VGA cable. 

The volume is controlled by buttons on the Extron control box.

When you are finished using the equipment, please turn off the power on the VCR/DVD or PC.  Press (and hold for a moment) the button marked DISPLAY POWER to turn off the projector.  The screen will rise automatically and the projector’s fan will turn off when the bulb is cooled.
