To lower or raise the electric screen:
Press the [SCN down] or [SCN up] button located on the Crestron control box on top of the desk.
To turn on the projector:
Press the [PJ ON] button on the control box. The projector takes about 30 seconds to warm up.
To turn on the computer:
Press the Power button on the computer tower. At the login, enter your New Paltz Computer User ID and password.
To display the computer from projector:
Press the [PC] button on the control box.
DVDs may be played through the computer.
To display the document camera:
Press the [DOC CAM] button on the control box. Press the Power button on the Document Camera. If necessary, press the Live/Win button until document camera’s image is displayed.
To display a laptop:
Connect the laptop to the provided VGA and audio cable. Press the [LAPTOP] button on the control box. Be sure the secondary VGA output is active on the laptop.
To display auxiliary video (VHS):
Press the [AUX] button on the control box. Use the buttons on the face of the VHS player to control its operation.
For an iPod or MP3 player:
Connect the MP3 player to the laptop audio cable. Press the [DOC CAM] button on the control box.
Volume control:
The volume is adjusted via the [VOL up] and [VOL down] buttons on the Crestron control box. The computer volume can also be adjusted using the volume control icon in the computer's task bar.
USB drives may be connected to the front of the computer or via the ports on side of LCD monitor.

TURN OFF all equipment at the end of class.
Return desks to their original positions.
