You will generally be housed with one roommate, although with advance notice and for an additional fee, you may be granted a single occupancy room.  Housing for IIB students includes basic bedding and towels.

Housing in New Paltz

IIB students will live off campus at a local motel.  All students must abide by hotel policies during their stay.  Linens, blankets, towels will all be provided during your stay.  The local hotel is within walking distance to campus, and there is a local shuttle bus that all students can ride for free, upon presenting their SUNY New Paltz ID card.

Housing in New York City

New York City is a large, cosmopolitan and diverse city.  As such, short-term housing tends to be rather expensive.  When the IIB program makes arrangements for student housing our goal is to provide our students with safe, clean, and conveniently located housing while in New York.  While your room may not be luxurious, it will be clean, safe and assessable by public transportation.
