Fall 2008 Program Fee: $9,500
There are thirteen residence halls for students on the SUNY New Paltz campus. You will generally be housed with one roommate, although in some cases, you may have two roommates. In addition, homestay housing may be available in the village of New Paltz within walking distance of campus. Each IIB student will be issued a meal ticket which will allow him or her to eat three meals a day in one of the campus dining halls during the New Paltz portion of the program. Students will be provided with blankets, pillows, sheets, and towels.
Fee Includes:
Housing for eight weeks in New Paltz - Housing for eight weeks in New York City
- Eight-week internship at a company in New York City
- Internship administration
- Program tuition and fees
- Use of university campus facilities
- All meals on SUNY New Paltz campus
- Social events
- Group transportation from the airport to New Paltz
- Group transportation to New York City residence
- Issuance of the DS-2019 for J-1 trainee status
- Health insurance
Fee does not include:
- Airfare
- Meals and transportation while living in New York City
- Course textbooks (approximately $300)
- Incidental personal expenses
