- Be at least 21 years of age by October 15 for the fall program.
- Have completed at least two years of post-secondary education.
- Have had six months or more of work experience (may be waived).
- Have attained a minimum score of 550 (institutional) 213 CBT, or 80 ibt on the TOEFL or equivalent test of English.
The deadline for the fall semester is May 1, and the deadline for the spring semester is November 1.

- An explanation in English of why you would like to participate in this program. Please show how it can benefit you in achieving your future career goals. This should be about one single-spaced typed page. Please do not ask anyone to edit your English so we will be able to assess your written English ability. You can send the essay to us as an attachment to an email, or you can mail it with your other application papers.
- Two written recommendations in English from persons able to assess your suitability for this program. These could be from employers or teachers who are familiar with your work.
- Transcripts from your secondary school and any post-secondary education you have had.
- Proof of English proficiency. This can be a report of your attainment of 550 (institutional) 213 CBT, or 80 ibt or better on the TOEFL or other equivalent test of English.
