Psychoeducational Materials - English
These materials are meant to help people cope with stressful experiences. They include advice for the following groups:
1. Coping with Traumatic Experiences - basic information on common reactions to stress and how you can help yourself and others feel better.
2. Caregivers and Parents - information on children's special needs during times of stress, and advice on how caregivers can assist children of different ages.
3. Children's Activity Book - games and exercises children can do (assisted by a caregiver) to help them learn to feel less scared and anxious during stressful times.
4. Help for the Helpers - advice for professional helpers so they can take care of themselves while assisting others.
