GIVING EFFECTIVE FEEDBACK  Thursday November 16, 2:00-4:00
Helping employees to develop their professional skills requires setting clear expectations and specific goals, and providing useful, ongoing feedback. In this training we will cover best practices for setting objectives and then review step-by-step guidelines for conducting feedback conversations to support productivity and employee growth.

Internal Controls: What Supervisors Need to Know

This training is designed to provide supervisors with information about their Internal Control responsibilities when an employee joins or leaves their department, and to review our records retention guidelines. The short sessions will be presented to small groups, allowing for questions and discussion.
