Personnel Files

Most bargaining unit contracts provide that employees may, with proper notice, review the contents of their official personnel file (often called "personal history folder.") These contract provisions can be found as follows:

  1. For UUP - Article 31.2
  2. For CSEA – ASU -  Article 18
  3. For CSEA – OSU - Article 18
  4. For PEF - Article 20
  5. For Security Services - Article 10
  6. For Security Supervisors - Article 10

Employees may call Ext. 3171 to ask for an appointment to review their official personnel file. Forty-eight hours notice is recommended.
