Budget Title: Program Aide

Local Title: Program Aide; Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm/8:00am – 4:00pm

Duties: Program Aides perform a variety of substantive professional, technical, and administrative duties under the supervision and guidance of professional staff in agency-specific programs or in administrative areas such as finance, budgeting, or human resources.

Qualifications: Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
1) A current SUNY New Paltz employee reachable via his/her score on the Program Aide promotional list.
2) Have a current permanent appointment with 1 year of State service as a Program Aide.
3) Hold a State title eligible for 70.1 transfer to Program Aide.
