Duties: Format and type correspondence, reports, forms, charts, and other material. Courteously handle incoming inquiries (telephone calls, emails, visitors) and refer to appropriate person within the department or college. Open, review, sort and distribute mail and incoming correspondence.
Qualifications: • Ability to use and maintain office equipment and systems.
• Ability to alphabetize and organize materials to establish and maintain hard copy and electronic files.
• Knowledge of procedures used in carrying out clerical tasks.
• Willing attitude in learning clerical work.
