Duties: The Disability Resource Center invites applicants to apply for the position of Services Coordinator. The Services Coordinator is a part-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the Alternate Text Program and Note taking services and provide support and assistance to the Accommodated Testing Program.
The Services Coordinator will be responsible for:
· Providing students with print disabilities text in electronic format
· Training students on assistive technology to access the material
· Recruiting and training student note takers
· Monitoring the timely distribution of notes to students with disabilities
· Assist with the accommodated testing program by processing requests and hiring test proctors.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree required, Master's degree preferred. The successful applicant must have excellent computer skills, the ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Expereince working with students with disabilities is highly desired.
