Duties: Responsibilities: Delivery of student retention services to a caseload of 80 students in the areas of academic advisement, career and student development, personal counseling, college adjustment, financial aid processes, and study skills. Instruct a college success seminar. Some additional programmatic responsibilities required.

Qualifications: Qualifications: Master’s Degree required (preferably in counseling, higher education or a related field) and prior experience working with culturally diverse students. Prior teaching experiences a plus.
