Duties: The Mathematics Department at the State University of New York at New Paltz invites applications for a full-time renewable Lecturer position beginning Fall 2013.
Duties: The successful candidates will be involved in the organization, content and teaching of developmental mathematics and will teach a range of freshmen level courses.
Qualifications: Qualifications: Applicants should have a degree in mathematics, and a master’s or doctorate in mathematics or a related field. Applicants must show significant evidence of outstanding teaching ability, have experience with developmental mathematics instruction and have demonstrated administrative skills. Candidates who bring diverse cultural experience and who are especially qualified to mentor and advise all members of our diverse student population are especially encouraged to apply.
