Duties: Support the use of the College’s Banner Student Information System in the financial aid functions; train staff, analyze requirements and system operation, write and test processing rules and reports, support users.

Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in systems analysis and programming, or Masters degree and one year experience working with relational databases, writing and testing rules, writing reports and queries against a relational database. Must have excellent documentation skills, experience using SQL, PL/SQL, and/or a complex reporting package. Experience using Oracle databases, SQL Forms, software development and web programming tools is very desirable.
