Duties: The Department of Foreign Languages at the State University of New York, New Paltz, is pleased to announce the following vacancy: Full-time lecturer in Spanish.
Duties include teaching 30 credits a year of Elementary and Intermediate Spanish, and one or two sections of Composition and Conversation at the 300 level, if needed.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a master’s degree in Spanish, native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish, demonstrated excellence in teaching, particularly at postsecondary level, proficiency with language technology. We are especially interested in considering applicants who bring diverse cultural experiences or perspectives to the campus and who can mentor and advise all members of our diverse student body.
