The purpose of the Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board is to provide information regarding available off-campus housing. It is not a forum for editorializing about landlords or individual experiences. Since the truthfulness of such statements (both good and bad) cannot be verified, they may place both the individual and the institution in a libel situation. As a result, we have been advised by legal counsel to delete any such statements. You are encouraged to check appropriate references before signing a lease with any particular landlord. This bulletin board is moderated. The Office of Student Affairs reviews all messages before they are posted for the public to see on this bulletin board.

NOTE: On April 13, 2007 all postings prior to January 1, 2006 were deleted from the system to clean up outdated postings and make room for more in the future.
