| Obtain a formal letter of acceptance for your internship/experiential opportunity *Needs to be uploaded in Academic Works* |

| Reflection Paper (students are required to write a 2 page double spaced paper on the benefits of their experience) *Needs to be sent to Honors Program Administrative Assistant* |
Due within a month of completing your experience |
| Thank you letter (students are required to write a thank you letter to the donor) *Needs to be sent to Honors Program Administrative Assistant* |

| Photos/Video for Honors Program | Robin Weinstein, campus photographer, will reach out to recipients to set up a time to have your picture taken. Please provide your email and telephone number to Alicia Ivan so that she may share your contact information with Robin. We would like to have this completed within a month of completing your experience. |
