The Academic Help Desk can perform service on your computer. This work is performed free of charge
to registered students and is limited to: repair and reconfiguration of operating systems to resolve network
connectivity issues, including e.g. configuration, installation of firewall, antivirus and antispyware programs,
scanning computers for viruses and spyware (and removal of same), operating systems updates required for
network access, and operating system restores and rebuilds to restore basic functionality and recover lost
or damaged files.
We also provide other services including:
