You can expedite your visit to the help desk by filling out a problem report prior to arriving. In addition, equipment problems or issues that are not urgent can also be reported using our NPSupport tracking system. Simply sign in with your NPCUID & password and click "Submit a Ticket".
The Help desk provides a wide range of services to the academic areas of campus, as well as directly to the student body. In addition, we provide urgent assistance to instructors who are experiencing technical problems with classroom equipment and to the open computer labs.
