Help Desk Services

There is no charge for any of our services for students who are currently enrolled in credit bearing classes at SUNY New Paltz.

Note: We can help you diagnose a hardware related problem: however, we cannot service hardware at the Student Help Desk.

 

Please note that if you are having a problem with the projectors, screens, document cameras, etc in smart classrooms on campus, please call Instructional Media Services at (845) 257-3630 or (845) 257-3639 at night (after 5:00 PM).

Do you have a comment or suggestion for the Student Help Desk or it's employees? Please note that this form is NOT for contacting the help desk about technical support related questions.

 

 

Office hours are subject to change based on assistant availability, holidays, exams or inclement weather. Please call the office to make sure we are open before you come over, especially during final exam periods and on weekends.
