- Assistance with USB flash drives, recordable CDs and NPDrive
- Office application issues and assistance
- E-mail client setup
- Virus/spyware removal from personal computers
- Computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- File recovery
- Answers to general computer-related questions
- Color printer and flatbed scanner with film scanning attachment available for academic uses
There is no charge for any of the services listed above for students who are currently enrolled in credit bearing classes at SUNY New Paltz.
