Immunization Requirements

New York State Public Health Law requires students born on or after January 1, 1957 to provide proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, and Rubella. Also since August, 2003 all students have to submit a completed Meningitis Information Response Form after reading an accompanying document.

Proper Documentation for both laws is to be received in the Student Health Service before the first day of classes. Documentation that is not received within 30 days from the start of your first semester at New Paltz can lead to de-registration, and prevent a new registration.

Allow three to five working days for data to be processed after it has been received.
