Federal Work Study Student Employment Clearance Form

The work study clearance form is only accessible if you have accepted Work Study through the Financial Aid Office. You should complete the student section. Your supervisor who hires you will complete the employer section. Also, if you want to change jobs during the semester, you will have to go to the Student Employment Office (HAB 607A) for a new clearance form.

Your clearance form can be found on my.newpaltz.edu under the 'Personal Announcements' section of the 'All Users Home' tab until Sept 15th, 2008. If you don't print the clearance form by this deadline or if you experience issues obtaining the form online, you can visit the Student Employment Office (HAB 607A) to pickup a copy.
