Bryan Whitney is a fine art photographer currently teaching at the International Center for Photography in New York. He earned a B.A in the Psychology of Art, an MFA in Photography, and has been the recipient of a Fulbright Lecture Grant for Photography. Whitney's current work focuses on site-specific installations and multi-image pieces using a wide variety of alternative imaging techniques including x-rays, zone plates, stereoscopic imaging and 3D modeling. His passion for historic architecture and interiors has led to work for many magazines and museums worldwide. Most recently he has created 3D images of 7th-century BC Egyptian temples in north Sudan as part of a project sponsored by the Qatar Museums Authority.
