"Let's Talk About Race, Gender and Identity" Symposium

Saturday, Nov. 16, the Student Association is hosting a campus-wide symposium, "Let's Talk About Race, Gender and Identity." The program begins at 1 p.m. with lunch and registration. The program continues with opening remarks by New Paltz President Donald Christian, the Student Association President Manuel Tejada, and Associate Professor Karanja Keita Carroll, Black Studies. The symposium continues until 6 p.m. with workshops, a keynote address by Michael Fowlin, and will conclude with small facilitated discussion groups.
