Brian Su, Director of the Press Division of the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in New York will speak on Taiwan-China relations and their relevance to international relations and US interests in the Asia-Pacific. TECO in New York is one of 12 offices under the Washington D.C.-based TECRO, Taiwan's de facto embassy in the United States in the absence of diplomatic ties. TECRO was established in 1979 to represent Taiwan's interests in the US.
