Add/Drop (no fee charged)First semester Freshman & first semester Transfers do not have web access to change their schedule. They must have Advisor’s signature & must process add/drop during Records & Registration’s business hours.

End of 100% tuition refund

  August 31 - September 4

Registration or Add/Drop: All course schedule changes must be done in Records and Registration (HAB 19). Add requires electronic permission or override from the instructor (no fee charged).

End of 70% tuition refund

Labor Day – No Classes

  September 7 - September 11

Late Registration/Add:A student may register for the first time ($40 fee) or add a course ($20 fee) with the electronic permission or override from the instructor and department chair PI/PC.

  September 7 - November 6

Course Withdrawal Period: A student may withdraw from a course which started at the beginning of the semester. ($20 fee)

Thanksgiving Recess - no classes. Classes resume at 8 a.m. on Monday, November 30

Graduation Applications for May 2010 due in the Registrars's Office, HAB 19

Undergraduates: Last day to withdraw from College without failing grades for the semester.

Last day of classes.
