EOP Scholars and Deans List
Eligability Criteria for 2006 and After: 2.75 CUM or greater, Completion of at least 9 credits in prior semester for full time students, No incomplete grades, No failing grades, and a good record of EOP Study Group attendance.
Placement on the Dean's List in any semester is reserved for full-time students who complete 12 or more credits with a semester grade point average of 3.30 or higher, and who have no incomplete, repeat, or failing grades for that semester.
Eligibility Criteria Before 2006: Semester GPA must be 2.67 or better, No “I” Grades, and at least 75% compliance in Study Groups.
Chancellor's Award
The Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence was created to recognize students who have best demonstrated, and been recognized, for the integration of academic excellence with accomplishments in the areas of leadership, athletics, community service, creative and performing arts or career achievement. The campus president establishes a selection committee, which reviews exemplary members of the college community who are graduating. Campus nominees are then forwarded to the Chancellor's Office and are subjected to a second round of review. Finalists are then recommended to the Chancellor to become recipients of the Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence. Each recipient receives a framed certificate and medallion, which may be worn at commencement.
